I'm Dimitrios Kafkas. Coffee isn't my business — it's my story. It started 15 years ago in Greece and never let go. I've represented the industry at the Greek Coffee Festival over 10 times, earned my SCA Coffee Diploma, and taken my craft to global stages like Anuga and World of Coffee across Europe. Now, that passion lives in Antwerp. I don't just sell beans. I train baristas, teach courses, and share everything I know — because specialty coffee isn't just about precision and technique.
